How to Start a Return

  • Contact Customer Support within 30 days of receiving your order:
  • Request an RMA number.
  • We’ll email a prepaid return label.
  • Write the RMA number on the package and attach the label.
  • Ship the opened or unopened product back within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds

  • Returns must arrive within 30 days of receipt.
  • After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
